What is an invitation suite?

A wedding suite simply refers to the items you send out to your guests to inform them of your wedding details. This includes everything from your save the date to your invitations and RSVP cards to your thank you notes and bridal shower or rehearsal dinner invitations.

What pieces do I need?

This really depends on the type of event you are hosting and also information you'll need to convey. We are a bit OCD...and a cohesive event is something we really love. Ideally you want your wedding suite to match the tone and feeling of your event i.e. A formal wedding with multiple events like a welcome dinner and Sunday brunch might require a more elaborate invitation suite with a folder or pocket to hold multiple informational cards, while a casual wedding may simply need an invitation and RSVP card. I'm on a budget

There You Are hope that our prices are reflective of our art, hard work, dedication to details and pride in finishes. We’ve got lots of options for those who need to crunch numbers without crunching style. One suggestion we often make is to have a simple yet elegant invitation suite with a bespoke envelope liner. The best of both worlds on a budget! We will also always try to accommodate reasonable budgets and even the most ‘cost effective’ suite still has oodles of love and glamour. Can I add foil, ribbon, wax seals, tassels, confetti, edge painting, envelope liners, vellum, calligraphy addresses, bespoke stamps, coloured papers, belly bands, custom address stamp and assembly?

DUH! We LOVE all the extra bits and bobs that make stationery pop! There are so many options here

Can I swap a bit of this for a bit of that?

Most of our suites have numerous design options with the additional cards. ​We are happy to interchange an existing design between suites, because we’ve already squeezed the brain juice to create them. Although after 1 complimentary change we will ask for a small upgrade fee for our time. However, anything new and custom made will have a little additional cost.

What do you print on?

We print on a variety of papers, but mostly it's a gorgeous 310gsm linen paper - weighty and with a light texture. We also print on vellum and wood! We print on recyclable paper or paper that can be recyclable.  

It’s for this reason that we won’t print on Acrylic. It’s trending right now and we agree, it's beautiful and modern.​ But it’s plastic and if it's got your details on it, as beautiful as they are, it's a one off disposable item for your guests #sorrynotsorry. We’ve included the option of an artwork on the backs of our invites, in the hopes that your guests will keep it or pass it on. Do you have a digital option for the invitations?

Currently we only offer digital invitations for the children collection only.

How long will my order take?

Currently our Wedding Collection of Semi-customisable stationery has a 4 week turn around for ordering, proofs and printing. Bespoke invitations take approximately 6 to 8 weeks depending on amount of hand painted elements. If you need a rush order this can of course be accommodated for a small extra charge, please let us know if you need some help! Please note, our turn around time is significantly hampered by tardy communication between us and our couples, please answer promptly and let's get this done!

Returns policy

Of course, we want you to walk into your room and say 'There you are!' That piece that sings to my soul and finishes my room so perfectly, OF COURSE we want you to be 100% happy with your wedding invitations! ​Custom pieces are not refundable, because by the time we send them out, we would have spent hours perfecting it with you. If you've purchased a piece of art and its not quite right, please contact us within 7 days to let us know and we can arrange an exchange!
